Coaching is structured around your goals, your schedule, and the pace that keeps you moving.
Most clients begin with a 3 or 6 month commitment which gives us enough time to create real, lasting change rather than short-term fixes. Sessions are weekly or bi-weekly depending on what serves you best. Between sessions, you have direct access to me for the moments that can't wait.
All engagements are available remotely or in-person.
