How is a Financial Coach different from a Financial Advisor / Asset Manager?

Your financial adviser manages your portfolio. I manage your patterns. Financial coaching is the missing piece of the puzzle that focuses on the human side of financial decisions and strategies.

Leadership Coaching

Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) Assessment

The ELI assessment is the proprietary, research-backed assessment tool that takes something abstract, like the way a person views the world, and turns it into something tangible - a metric that you can see and feel and even reevaluate in the future.

You’re probably familiar with personality tests like Myers Briggs, DISC, and the Enneagram.

These valuable tools can help you understand your strengths, embrace your so-called weaknesses, and discover how you can work to your full potential. In that way, they typically support a “work with what you have” approach to adapting your behavior and pursuing personal excellence

The ELI, on the other hand, is an attitudinal assessment tool that captures how an individual currently perceives and approaches work and life.

With the awareness and insights gained through the ELI debrief, clients have the opportunity to reshape their attitudes and worldview and transform WHO they are.

This makes the ELI especially valuable for leaders who want to strengthen resilience, lead with more clarity, and reduce the impact of stress on their effectiveness.

The ELI Assessment is included in 3-6 month coaching engagements or can be purchased separately.

My coaching is collaborative, practical, and sustainable. It revolves around tangible, research-backed frameworks, including Bruce D Schneider’s transformational Core Energy Coaching™ model and ground-breaking Energy Leadership Index™ assessment.

I provide individual coaching and group / team coaching either remotely or in-person.

The coaching is designed to bring a deep focus to our work together. Based on your specific goals and objectives, we’ll create your customized plan.

Our work together focuses heavily on developing self awareness and leadership effectiveness by identifying your core beliefs and perceptions, releasing the internal and external blocks preventing you from getting what you want, and showing you how to consciously and deliberately shift your beliefs and perceptions to achieve positive and sustainable results.

This work allows you to respond to challenges and goals with greater clarity, resiliency, creativity, and authenticity to your true self and values.

As change takes time, we will develop a coaching schedule together that is convenient but still supports your momentum. Most clients start the relationship with a 3 or 6 month commitment. Sessions can be weekly or bi-weekly depending on your needs. Clients have unlimited, ad hoc access to me for strategic and urgent matters that arise between sessions via emails or phone.
